  • Support and encourage both vendors and associates to live and practice a greener lifestyle

  • Purchases are analyzed to maximize volume deliveries, reducing fuel consumption

  • Use of natural/biodegradable disposable goods whenever possible

  • Keep public and work areas at minimum settings for heat and cooling when not utilized

  • Recycling of toner and ink cartridges, glass, plastics, aluminum and paper

  • Utilization of the internet in lieu of printed menus and advertising material

  • E-sign Contracts. Save a tree!

Thank you for making one of the most important days in our daughter’s life such a beautiful memory… You and your staff out did my imagination of the evening from the tables to the tastes. Your presentation and service were outstanding, and of course the food was delicious..

In all ways, Ethel exceeded our expectations for the women of distinction event sponsored by Tampa Jewish Federation. From the decor to the desserts and presentation, everything was wonderful. The staff as well, was efficient and professional. I would be happy to recommend Edibles by Ethel to anyone.
